Terms and
Conditions: SPM
Register's
statement is to stop the theft of valuable equipment and
that a data base is only as good as the information
supplied.
By
acknowledging the terms and conditions you agree to SPM’s
statement.
Registration
I/We state that the information supplied to SPM Register is true and
correct and may be used by SPM in their business
activity.
I/We will also advise SPM Register when and if any plant or
machinery has been recovered.
Search
A fee is charged for a single search. If the item is found to be stolen, the authorities will be notified
Companies
If an item is recovered, a recovery fee will also be
charged. This fee will be calculated on the value of the
plant and or machinery with 5% of the value payable to SPM
Register.
Private Owners
There will be no further charges for plant and or machinery
recovered as a result of searches performed by Stolen Plant
& Machinery Register Australia.
Any
information may be used in the prevention of plant &
machinery crime in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Privacy
SPM respects the privacy of all and will endeavour to do so.
All and any information supplied becomes the ownership of
Stolen Plant and Machinery Australia.
